The
project consisted of dredging approximately 20,000 cubic yards of material
from two miles of canal in the upper reaches of Debordieu Creek, a
tributary to environmentally sensitive North Inlet.
Services consisted of designing the dredging project and the dredge
material disposal basin. Provided
extensive coordination with Regulatory Agencies prior to and during
dredging, including a Sediment Sampling Plan, Biological Monitoring Plan,
and Dredge Material Disposal Plan. Services
also included administration of the procurement process, construction
oversight, and contract administration.
Dredging was accomplished without incident.
