designed, and permitted a two lane public boat ramp on historic Shem
Creek, home of the Mount Pleasant shrimping fleet.. Several conceptual site
plans were generated and reviewed. After the final plan was selected, construction
documents were completed and concurrently a permit was obtained from
both DHEC-OCRM and the Army Corps of Engineers.
