obtained permits, designed the dredging project, prepared plans,
specifications, and cost estimates as well as
administered the procurement process, contract administration and
construction oversight for removing approximately 77,000 cubic yards of
material from twenty two concrete lined canals.
Services also included public presentations at town meetings, and
assistance to town administrator in minimizing construction impacts.
